One of Thai Rory's colleagues is Ulaş Kaplankıran (or Ulas Kaplankiran for Google's benefit), third from the left in this picture. Ulaş's brother is Barış Kaplankıran (Baris Kaplankiran). The project he works on for shifting the sewage from Istanbul has just won a prestigious award.
